This is a book that I'm keeping at arm's length! It's well written and very useful. Life being a series of challenges - small and large, energizing and draining - this book will help you apply your energy optimally. It's a great coaching and leadership development tool for individuals or groups. Highly recommend!
If you are looking to increase your resilience and you value self-reflection, this book is for you. The Prosilience Workbook included at the end of the book is an excellent summary of exercises and questions presented in the book that will help you on your journey of self discovery.

With this great new book Linda brings her important messages to a wider audience and gives us all great tips and techniques for building our resilience "muscles" in advance of those "curve balls" that life typically throws at us (and I've had a few... as I guess we all have).

As I read this I could quickly identify the various crisis points in my life that I wrestled with some good, some not so good. Had I had these working tools, I could have fared better.
